Senior System Engineer – HPE Enterprise Pre‑Sales (CCA)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join TD SYNNEX’s Caribbean Central America (CCA) organization. The role focuses on designing and delivering high‑impact HPE enterprise infrastructure solutions across compute, storage and hybrid environments, supporting regional growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement complex regional compute and storage solutions to enable new business opportunities and support organic growth and M&A activities.
• Provide full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that run revenue‑generating applications and productivity tools.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize work and guide System Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet team commitments.
• Develop and maintain automation and monitoring tools for systems management.
• Create and execute back‑out plans for implementations and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with HPE enterprise solutions and presales/customer‑facing activities.
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
• Proven ability to lead design discussions, negotiate and present solutions.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and multicultural interpersonal skills.
