Senior SDET – Test Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our fully‑remote team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools that support high‑traffic web applications and complex backend systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, create, and maintain productivity tools such as automation frameworks, services, and internal utilities.
• Analyze test and development workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maximize the benefits of new and existing technology.
• Develop and deliver technical solutions—including automated tests, API hooks, and tooling—to increase test effectiveness, coverage, and reduce execution cost.
• Implement metrics, analyze test data, and report risk status to development partners to influence software quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SDET, Software Tools Engineer, or similar role focused on quality.
• Professional software engineering background with at least 2 years of C# application development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate confidently with senior developers.
• Commitment to sustainable, high‑quality software development.
• Experience with Playwright UI automation.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with additional languages such as Java or JavaScript is a plus.
