Senior Sales Consultant – Hybrid (Escazú)

About the role

The Senior Sales Consultant will join PBS Group Limited in Escazú, working in a hybrid model that combines on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility. In this full‑time position you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing key accounts and delivering consultative solutions that match client needs and the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through meetings, presentations and lead follow‑up.
• Prepare tailored proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth implementation of solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Report sales performance and pipeline status to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution‑based selling and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Background in customer service with a focus on proactive account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
