Senior Sales Account Manager, Andean

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to lead our Food Colors LATAM business in the Andean region. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will drive sales activities across nine countries, focusing on natural color solutions for food, beverage and pharma customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, new customers and market trends across the Andean region.
• Develop and execute account business plans, including forecasts and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage a network of distribution partners, ensuring engagement, training and accountability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QC/QA and Finance teams at the Mexican HQ to deliver superior service.
• Grow and manage a pipeline of natural‑color projects, guiding them to successful completion.

Required profile

• B2B experience in technical sales, preferably managing distributors across multiple countries.
• Strategic approach to selling value‑added solutions in food, chemical or pharma industries.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel 60‑70% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree with strong organization, project‑management and communication skills.
• High drive, passion to win and dynamic attitude.
