Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will report to the Program Manager and work closely with directors, subject‑matter experts, designers, developers and QA teams to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation and high client satisfaction. This role drives Agile adoption, oversees project financial health and mentors project management talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities in the Delivery Department to meet organizational goals.
• Promote Agile values, analyze team performance and implement governance practices such as ticket standards, metrics and dashboards.
• Plan, execute and monitor projects through all phases: initiation, design, development, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate weekly releases, prioritize work, and align resources across vertical and horizontal initiatives.
• Collaborate with development, QA and IT technical teams to ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Partner with Account Planning and Business Development teams to support client acquisition and retention.
• Develop and enforce process, documentation and standardisation to maximise efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and coach Project Managers, contribute to their professional development and evaluate performance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management, project management or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risk assessments and stakeholder communications.
• Strong leadership, motivational and communication skills.
