Senior Product Engineer

About the role

Oppizi is looking for a Senior Product Engineer to drive the design, development and delivery of customer‑facing features across its web and mobile platforms. You will work at the intersection of product intuition, user experience and technical execution, shaping tools used daily by customers and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product capabilities, from discovery through production monitoring, across web (React, Node.js) and mobile (React Native) platforms.
• Design and implement durable, distributed workflows using Temporal to model campaign operations, distribution tracking and multi‑step business processes.
• Integrate applied AI components – LLMs, agentic workflows and intelligent automation – into proprietary applications to reduce operational toil.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and operations to shape requirements, run experiments, analyse data and deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Deploy services on AWS ECS, maintain fast CI/CD pipelines, and improve performance and observability of production systems.
• Lead technical design reviews, mentor teammates and continuously refine development practices for speed and quality.

Required profile

• Strong user‑outcome mindset, caring about software feel, customer impact and business value.
• Full‑stack builder comfortable moving between API design, database schema, backend logic and frontend UI.
• Experience shipping real products to real users rather than maintaining isolated roadmap slices.
