Senior Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end‑to‑end design of the payments experience for a legal B2B platform. You will transform complex, compliance‑heavy billing and payment workflows into clear, fast, and trustworthy experiences across web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and problem framing by researching law‑firm payment pain points and onboarding bottlenecks.
• Translate findings into journey maps, user flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Design and iterate payment, invoicing, trust‑accounting and reconciliation interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data and the payments platform team to ship measurable improvements.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system (components, tokens, governance).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration, UI drafting and handoff while ensuring quality.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of product design experience in B2B software with complex, data‑heavy UI.
• Direct experience designing payments, billing, invoicing or other money‑movement workflows.
• 2–3 relevant case studies demonstrating impact on payments or comparable platforms.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale UX improvements and activation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong research skills and ability to turn insights into shipped features.
