Senior Product Designer – Enterprise Experience & Service Design

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape enterprise‑level experiences and service designs within MCAPS-Core. You will translate complex customer needs into intuitive, scalable solutions using human‑centered design, research insights, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate concepts and future‑state experiences through storytelling that builds enthusiasm and alignment.
• Apply a prescribed design system—including templates, icons, UI controls and navigation models—to create high‑fidelity artifacts.
• Produce visual design deliverables such as storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, task flows, personas and creative briefs from concept through delivery.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure a cohesive, outside‑in, customer‑centric experience at scale.
• Synthesize customer insights and data to uncover broader issues and opportunities.
• Present solution concepts clearly, even when they extend beyond the current design scope.
• Use digital and physical tools to prototype designs and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Validate work with peers, stakeholders and customers, maintaining open communication throughout.
• Leverage a variety of research methods (interviews, surveys, quantitative and qualitative analysis) to inform design decisions.
• Facilitate and support remote design workshops.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product, UX or service design for enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to translate complex problems into clear, user‑focused designs.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience turning research data into actionable design insights.
