Senior PAM Security Engineer

About the role

Experian is seeking a Senior Security Engineer specialized in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to support its global PAM programs across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will work with CyberArk and other PAM technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of data from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and translate high‑level information into technical work plans.
• Develop new PAM features and automation to expand capabilities and improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and perform root‑cause analysis on complex PAM issues, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Maintain system health, apply patches, and support vulnerability remediation for PAM systems in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Provide on‑call support as part of a rotating schedule and ensure high availability of IAM/PAM systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with IAM and PAM technologies, preferably CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts such as Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and authentication/authorization protocols.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration, especially securing UNIX systems.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX).
