Senior Mobile Developer (Android)

About the role

We are a leading global information services company seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to enhance our high‑traffic Android application used by millions daily. You will work with a tech‑savvy customer base, leveraging the latest Android technologies to deliver a stable, feature‑rich experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of increasingly complex features, from design through deployment.
• Participate in the full application lifecycle: concept, design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code, incorporating feedback from code reviews and adhering to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote collaborative coding standards.
• Prioritize tasks, evaluate trade‑offs, and solve problems under deadline pressure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android framework and MVVM architecture.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Required skills

• Kotlin and Java programming.
• Jetpack Compose, Jetpack Navigation, and other Jetpack components.
• RxJava, Dagger, Retrofit.
• RESTful API consumption and offline storage.
• Background processing, threading, performance optimization.
• Unit testing, mocking, and test coverage for API components.
