Senior Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution and optimization of strategic marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. The role bridges marketing strategy and execution, translating initiatives into clear project plans and continuously optimizing them based on performance insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives from planning through implementation, developing roadmaps, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, identify blockers, and drive timely resolution while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor marketing and business KPIs, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend actions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze marketing, customer and operational data, create reports and dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Technology, Analytics and other teams, facilitating governance and executive updates.

Required profile

• Solid senior‑level experience in Marketing Project Management, Marketing Operations or Program Management.
• Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects, timelines, dependencies and risks while working with senior cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and experience using data or dashboards to support decisions.
• Intermediate English proficiency or higher and availability to work under a hybrid model.
