Senior Manufacturing Supervisor – 4x3 Schedule

About the role

The Senior Manufacturing Supervisor will lead a team on a compressed 4‑day work schedule, ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP and quality standards while driving production efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a cheerful interpersonal climate for all staff under supervision.
• Generate a safe, accident‑free and stable work environment.
• Own production areas, achieving targets for efficiency, scrap, DPM, equipment availability and overall productivity.
• Monitor quality, prevent significant deviations, and ensure regulatory compliance with specifications and procedures.
• Provide support to finance, product/process, human resources and other support functions of the Production Department.
• Align departmental and personal objectives with those set by management.
• Coordinate, assign, supervise and control the work of a large number of subordinates.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external entities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable manufacturing supervisory role.
• Proficiency in English (B2+ level).
• Certifications such as Six Sigma, APICS (Production & Inventory Management) and CQE (Certified Quality Engineer).
