Senior Manager, Global Category & Innovation Intelligence Services

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Category & Innovation Intelligence will lead the creation and delivery of analytics solutions that support Coca‑Cola’s global category and innovation strategies. You will work closely with category teams, analytics experts and cross‑functional stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver analytics for category performance reviews, quarterly deep‑dives, annual planning and multi‑year roadmaps.
• Create and maintain performance reports, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Apply AI, automation and advanced analytics to improve speed, quality and scalability of delivery.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to category stakeholders.
• Embed innovation trends and consumer insights into analytics deliverables.

Required profile

• 8+ years of FMCG analytics experience in global or regional roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.

Required skills

• Advanced analytics and AI tools.
