Senior Maintenance Technician – Shift B

Key responsibilities

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance routines for equipment to avoid program downtime.
• Check for equipment failures and execute corrective actions, including writing impact assessment reports.
• Conduct experiments and tests following protocols to validate and improve equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Review documentation, ensure proper cataloguing, and support validation and qualification of equipment.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose redesigns of tools, fixtures, or basic equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic manufacturing equipment.
• Lead small projects related to new equipment validation, investigations, testing, and rework.
• Utilize manufacturing software such as JDE, QMS, and PLM to update system documentation.
• Provide coaching and guidance to technicians.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma and a Technician degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in GMP, clean‑room, medical‑device environments, and automated equipment.
• Availability to work Shift B (Monday to Saturday).

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using manufacturing software (JDE, QMS, PLM).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures for production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Understanding of validation and improvement of automated equipment.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.
