Senior Java Software Development Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java (8+) enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Review technical specifications, create detailed design documents, and produce accurate task estimates.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, providing guidance and code reviews.
• Identify and resolve bugs promptly, and raise awareness of specification inconsistencies.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of reference materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with Java (8+) in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and best‑practice architectural patterns.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
