Senior IT Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our global recruitment team. You will work remotely, collaborating with multicultural teams across more than 50 countries, and help match top tech talent with our high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients, prepare candidates, and follow up post‑interview.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Understand client and vacancy requirements to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Partner with the commercial team to support business development.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, including at least 1 year in full‑life‑cycle IT recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self‑management and autonomy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
