Senior iOS Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join 10Pearls' dynamic team. The role involves developing and maintaining high‑quality iOS applications, ensuring performance, scalability and code excellence. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape the company's mobile ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high‑performing iOS applications.
• Identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve app performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Conduct detailed code reviews and enforce high coding standards and performance optimizations.
• Work closely with firmware engineers, product managers, and UX teams to deliver products aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest mobile development trends and introduce new technologies to the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
• Strong background in building native iOS applications with a focus on performance and robustness.
• Experience developing multi‑threaded, asynchronous code.
• Solid object‑oriented programming and design skills, familiar with SOLID principles.
• Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, VIPER.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
• Proficiency with version control, issue tracking, and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
