Senior Instructional Designer – Learning Design & Development

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior instructional designer to create engaging learning experiences across classroom, self‑directed and web‑based formats. You will apply adult learning theory, visual design, and experience design to develop high‑impact training solutions for a financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs, eLearning media, simulations, scenario‑based and game‑based learning using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Conduct needs assessments, task analyses, and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to produce storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments and supporting documentation.
• Deploy and maintain content in LMS platforms, ensuring compliance and proper functionality.
• Create measurement strategies, data‑collection tools and evaluate training impact on business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in eLearning, instructional design or related field.
• 4+ years of experience designing multimedia learning solutions for corporate or financial services settings.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2+/C1).
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders, influence peers and partner across HR, L&D and business units.
