Senior Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design, development and evaluation of training programs that support our departmental objectives. The role serves as a trusted learning resource, conducting needs assessments, creating training plans and ensuring that learning solutions align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate training plans and programs for assigned areas.
• Conduct training needs assessments and determine appropriate learning solutions.
• Design and deliver training materials, ensuring they reflect organizational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify and close training gaps.
• Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support HR initiatives by assisting with tools, systems and program implementation.
• Promote continuous learning by providing resources, feedback and expertise to colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum six years of experience in HR, business operations or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and ability to work with cross‑functional partners.
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback and adapting to evolving technical environments.
• Collaborative mindset with a learner‑centered approach.
