Senior Graphic & Visual Designer – Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Senior Graphic & Visual Designer Analyst to create impactful, cohesive, and distinctive visual solutions for global clients. The role blends advanced design execution with leadership, guiding junior designers while collaborating closely with project leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑impact graphics and visual assets that align with brand standards and design theory.
• Lead and mentor junior designers throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with lead roles on planning, execution, and follow‑up, including client‑facing interactions.
• Ensure accessibility considerations such as color contrast, size, and readability.
• Participate in Agile, Waterfall, or other methodology cycles as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and oral communication.
• 4‑6 years of professional visual or graphic design experience.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating aesthetic and strategic creativity.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and optimistic in adapting to change.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign.
• Advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Design for mobile platforms (iOS guidelines, Material Design, responsive web design).
• Creation of static, dynamic, and animated banners (OLA products).
• Data visualization and infographic development.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall work cycles.
