Senior Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

JLL is looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Design Specialist to partner with its business and service lines. You will create high‑impact visual communications that reinforce the brand and support research reports, marketing collateral, and property‑related materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized research reports, property brochures, flyers, 2D maps, site plans, floor plans, and building illustrations that follow JLL brand standards.
• Collaborate with research teams, marketers, art directors, and management across multiple service lines to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery under deadline pressure.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work and providing constructive feedback.
• Create and maintain visual content for both digital and print channels, ensuring consistent brand perception.
• Stay current with design standards, processes, and trends, adapting to new tools as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or communications agency environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating real‑estate related deliverables such as maps, site plans, floor plans, and property marketing materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
