Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript/Node.js/AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications for our healthcare SaaS platform. The role is fully remote and collaborates with global teams, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end full‑stack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, React and PostgreSQL.
• Build, secure and optimise RESTful and FHIR‑based APIs on AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, RDS/Aurora, S3 and CloudWatch.
• Contribute to cloud architecture, infrastructure as code and multi‑tenant SaaS design.
• Perform database schema migrations, query optimisation and performance tuning.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams, ensuring code quality through testing and observability tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of production‑grade full‑stack development experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for global collaboration.
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements and handling of protected health information.
