Senior Endpoint Security Engineer

About the role

The Senior Endpoint Security Engineer leads the protection of data, systems, and networks by overseeing proactive monitoring, threat response, and security project execution. This role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to ensure the integrity and reliability of the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proactive monitoring and response to emerging threats across the KP network.
• Coordinate and delegate resources for security projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and deadlines.
• Communicate investigative findings to non‑technical audiences and senior leadership.
• Facilitate regular operations meetings with the Cyber Risk Defense Center (CRDC) and support closed‑loop security processes.
• Partner with policy engineers and remediation teams to contain issues and improve security posture.
• Drive development of CRDC intellectual capital through process improvements and training.
• Lead investigation, triage, and root‑cause analysis of security events across multiple domains.
• Coordinate response and resolution of high‑impact cyber incidents.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in endpoint security and cyber risk defense.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex security projects.
