Senior Director, QSE Audit – Latin America

About the role

The Senior Director, QSE Audit for the Latin America region will lead a high‑performing audit team, shaping Coca‑Cola’s risk‑based audit strategy across company‑owned and franchised bottling operations. This role combines leadership, data‑driven insight, and digital innovation to protect product quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of QSE audit professionals, fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee independent audits of bottling operations, turning findings into actionable business insights.
• Partner with operating units, bottling partners, and global stakeholders to strengthen QSE performance and advise on emerging risks.
• Champion digital solutions, modern audit methodologies, and analytics to continuously improve audit effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
• 12+ years of leadership experience in Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) within manufacturing, preferably food & beverage.
• Proven record of enhancing QSE performance, managing risk, and delivering measurable business value.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with experience developing talent and influencing senior stakeholders.
