Senior DevOps Engineer – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Join FullStackFullStack's talent network and work on flexible, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients as a Senior DevOps Engineer. You will integrate directly into the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers on remote initiatives across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Linux servers in production environments.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot TCP/IP networking components, including routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, firewalls, and SSL/TLS.
• Manage enterprise load‑balancing solutions, preferably F5 BIG‑IP.
• Maintain virtualized infrastructure, handling host, cluster, and resource management.
• Work with SAN storage platforms such as Pure Storage.
• Support web infrastructure (Apache, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB) and NoSQL databases like Couchbase.
• Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code with Terraform and/or Ansible.
• Design, deploy, and monitor AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Automate tasks using Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, systems, infrastructure, or network engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, storage, and applications.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
