About the role
Coforge is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery. The role involves automating deployments, managing containerized applications and collaborating with development teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate configuration management with Ansible.
- Manage Docker and Docker Swarm container environments and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and work with development teams to improve deployment workflows.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of DevOps or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Strong problem‑solving, independent working and communication skills.
Required skills
- AWS (including IAM and AWS CLI)
- Ansible
- Terraform
- Docker & Docker Swarm
- CI/CD tools, Git, Bitbucket
- Ubuntu Linux administration
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of WSUS, security practices (TLS, IAM, RBAC)
