About the role

As a Senior Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist, you will lead the design and execution of data protection initiatives across a global, fully‑remote organization. You will ensure that all business units adhere to evolving privacy regulations while fostering a culture of responsible data handling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain data privacy policies and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments, risk evaluations, and gap analyses.
• Monitor compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Lead data‑breach response, incident management, and reporting processes.
• Provide guidance, training, and best‑practice recommendations to cross‑functional teams.
• Track regulatory changes and produce compliance metrics for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of international data‑protection regulations and frameworks.
• Experience using privacy assessment tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of information‑security principles.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
