Senior Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analytics professional to provide Level 3 support and enhance our enterprise analytics solutions built on Snowflake and Power BI. The role requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, and dashboard development capabilities within a collaborative, enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Power BI dashboards and Snowflake‑based analytics solutions.
• Develop, test, and deploy enhancements to existing dashboards, including new DAX calculations and SQL logic.
• Troubleshoot complex data, reporting logic, performance, and visualization issues.
• Analyze and resolve Level 2 support escalations independently.
• Answer deep‑dive questions from business users regarding metrics, data logic, and reporting.
• Document issue resolutions and create knowledge articles for support teams.
• Collaborate with L2, L4, Scrum, and development teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
• Follow enterprise security, compliance, development, and testing standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering advanced BI support in an enterprise setting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
