Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

Sysco is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead market research, salary data analysis, and strategic compensation guidance. Reporting to the Compensation Director, you will influence internal equity and external competitiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead collection and analysis of compensation data from market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal sources.
• Partner with senior leadership to design base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
• Conduct complex job evaluations, provide guidance on job leveling and salary banding.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to set competitive salary ranges and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and executive summaries on compensation findings.
• Oversee global job architecture maintenance in Workday and guide business usage.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of compensation experience, including market research, salary analysis, and job evaluations.
• Excellent English communication (B2+), strong analytical and project management skills.
• High integrity handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Workday.
