Senior Clinical Imaging Specialist (Remote – Costa Rica)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Imaging Specialist to support our Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) US commercial team. Based in Costa Rica, you will work remotely to analyze imaging data, guide case planning, and help ensure optimal procedural outcomes for the EVOQUE Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement Therapy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze 3D Computed Tomography (CT) reconstructions to assess anatomical suitability for device implantation.
• Produce comprehensive imaging reports for case‑planning purposes.
• Perform advanced CT reconstructions beyond the routine scope of the field team.
• Track the case‑planning process across multiple technical platforms in partnership with analysts, field teams, sales operations, IT, and external stakeholders.
• Train field teams and healthcare providers on CT acquisition, interpretation, and case‑planning strategy.
• Enter case‑planning measurements into CRM software.
• Identify gaps in CT acquisition and recommend process improvements.
• Design and develop training content for image analysis stakeholders.
• Assist with quality‑assurance activities and other process‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge‑transfer sessions to review challenging cases and optimize workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience per Edwards criteria.
• Minimum five years of in‑hospital clinical echocardiographic or cardiac sonography experience.
• Certification in a relevant imaging modality (e.g., WINFOCUS, ARDMS, CCI).
• Fluent English – both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States.

Required skills

• 3D Computed Tomography reconstruction and CT imaging analysis.
• Experience with imaging analysis software such as TomTec, Xcelera, 3Mensio, Vitrea, Circle VI.
• Proficiency with CRM software for data entry.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
