Senior Case Manager

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to oversee plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. Working under attorney supervision, you will coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurers, and legal teams to ensure efficient case progression. This position is a remote independent‑contractor role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 80‑120 personal injury claims, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate insurance communications, medical treatment, and claim management throughout the case lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Spanish, monitoring claim status and proactively addressing delays.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Familiarity with no‑fault, bodily injury, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently in a remote environment.
