Senior Associate Sourcing Manager

About the role

Workday is seeking a Senior Associate Sourcing Manager to support its Source-to-Pay process. The role focuses on high-volume, low-to-medium dollar sourcing projects within the software and technology domain, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing projects in line with category-level strategies for low-to-medium dollar spend.
• Manage a high volume of sourcing requests, applying standardized procedures.
• Support creation, review, and negotiation of contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service level agreements, and other commercial and legal terms with suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate supplier-related risks.
• Run low-complexity RFQs and quick-bid processes to select best-value suppliers.
