Senior Analyst – Global Accounting (General Ledger, LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Global Accounting team, focusing on the General Ledger for Latin America. The role supports accurate financial reporting, compliance, and month‑end close activities across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements and various accounting schedules.
• Maintain company accounts and financial records, ensuring accuracy, compliance and adherence to accounting and auditing policies.
• Update journals, ledgers and other transaction records, verify data accuracy and produce detailed reports.
• Manage data entry activities within the accounting system and oversee month‑end close processes.
• Engage with customers and business partners to provide financial and accounting analysis for external accountants and corporate audits.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and SOX‑related internal control documentation.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and conduct local statutory analytical reviews.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of accounting experience in shared service centers.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and multinational accounting operations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and advanced knowledge of SAP.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
