Senior AEM Backend Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AEM Backend Developer to design, build, and optimise scalable digital experiences within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. You will work remotely with our LATAM team, translating complex business requirements into high‑performing backend architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement backend AEM solutions, including custom OSGi bundles.
• Integrate third‑party services and APIs while ensuring platform security and reliability.
• Maintain and optimise the performance of core AEM platforms.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in backend development with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Leadership mindset with experience mentoring junior team members.
