Senior Accounts Payable/Receivable Analyst

About the role

The Senior AP/AR Analyst will manage high‑volume accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and safeguarding company assets. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve invoice issues and support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end AP/AR transactions, reconcile general ledger accounts for month‑end close, and prepare related financial statements.
• Analyze AP/AR data, present solutions to improve revenue and client satisfaction, and maintain data integrity by eliminating duplicate payments and coding errors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical accounting degree, or 2+ years of relevant college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of full‑cycle Accounts Payable experience and 1–3 years in billing, contract management, finance, or sales support.
• At least 1 year of independent work managing cross‑functional stakeholders with strong written and verbal communication.
• B2 level English proficiency.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
