Senior Accountant – Global Accounting & Cash Management (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Global Accounting team, focusing on cash management. This 6‑month fixed‑term position will support the preparation and analysis of financial statements and ensure compliance with US GAAP across multinational operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements and related accounting schedules.
• Update journals, ledgers and other financial records in the accounting system.
• Verify data accuracy, perform reconciliations and produce financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to accounting and auditing policies, and communicate any deviations.
• Manage data‑entry activities and support month‑end and quarter‑end closing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in a shared‑service centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with multinational accounting operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize a diverse workload and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in US GAAP.
• Advanced experience with SAP (or similar ERP system).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platforms (nice‑to‑have).
