About the role

Servant leader and operational supervisor for two Scrum Teams, ensuring predictable value delivery through effective ways of work, capacity optimization, and coordination of risks and dependencies within the Agile Release Train.

Key responsibilities

• Implement team‑level delivery governance (cadences, DoR/DoD, compliance checks) aligned with ART standards.
• Coordinate dependencies, remove impediments, and guide problem‑solving practices.
• Facilitate PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Monitor team capacity, track contractor hours, and allocate work to optimize flow.
• Evaluate performance through dashboards and flow metrics, providing insights to RTE and Product Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).
• Experience leading software development teams applying Scrum principles.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira for backlog refinement and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of SAFe framework and Agile governance.
