SAP S/4 & BTP Integration Architect

About the role

The SAP S/4 & BTP Integration Architect will lead technical integration across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and satellite applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless interoperability. You will design, configure and customize integration services while guiding project teams and mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and external systems.
• Design, configure and customize SAP Integration Suite components (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh, Cloud Transport Management, CloudALM).
• Develop integration strategy, guidelines and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain system stability.
• Stay current with SAP BTP features, including embedded AI, and leverage AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve delivery.
• Collaborate with external IT Operations suppliers and SAP within the Rise with SAP framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical SAP integration experience, preferably in a regulated (GxP) environment.
• Strong communication skills, fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience working in international or cross‑cultural teams.
