SAP Freight Settlement Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an SAP Freight Settlement Analyst to join our Logistics Procurement team. The role focuses on accurate freight accruals, transportation cost analysis and close collaboration with carriers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support ERP system enhancements and implementations related to transportation management and freight accruals.
• Maintain agreements, rates and master data within SAP and Oracle Transportation Management platforms.
• Manage freight accrual processes and monitor transportation cost performance through reporting and analysis.
• Work with third‑party freight payment providers and Accounts Payable to audit invoices and ensure correct payments.
• Create and maintain logistics master data for order processing, carrier assignments and load tendering.
• Provide operational support for urgent shipments, delivery issues and carrier coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with freight accruals and purchase order accrual systems.
• Strong knowledge of SAP TM/SD and exposure to logistics master data, freight accruals and freight payments.
