SAP FICO Consultant

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking a functional SAP Finance & Controlling consultant to join a global S/4HANA implementation project. You will be responsible for functional, process testing and rollout activities across regional deployments, gaining end‑to‑end visibility of the business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global, regional and local test cases, plans and data for the FICO workstream.
• Document test results in SAP Solution Manager and follow PMM and CSV rules.
• Coordinate testing with external partners and manage defects across streams.
• Provide status reporting for test execution and ensure alignment with the project schedule.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to align business requirements with global standards.
• Participate in design and rollout phases to ensure smooth implementation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of business experience in SAP FICO (R3/S/4HANA).
• Ability to analyze, design, describe and test solutions from an end‑to‑end business perspective.
• Strong stakeholder, communication and change‑management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and English communication skills.
