Salesforce Technical Architect

About the role

The Salesforce Technical Architect will lead the design and implementation of high‑impact solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and related clouds. You will partner with business stakeholders, development teams and technology leaders to create scalable, secure architectures that drive sales performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design sessions and produce architecture blueprints aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Define integration architectures using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Oversee platform development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and LWC, enforcing coding standards and conducting code reviews.
• Architect data models, migration strategies, governance and quality management.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and release management for reliable deployments.
• Design AI‑powered features leveraging Einstein GPT, Einstein Discovery and CRM Analytics.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of event‑driven integration and large‑volume data handling.
• Experience with modern DevOps and continuous delivery practices.
