Sales & Project Coordinator

About the role

The company, a U.S.-based specialist in recreational construction projects, seeks a proactive Sales & Project Coordinator to support sales administration, equipment shipment tracking, customer communication, and project documentation. This fully remote position serves customers, vendors, and field teams across Latin America while working U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and manage customer quotes using pricing and scope information provided by leadership.
• Track equipment orders and shipments from multiple vendors, maintaining up‑to‑date delivery records.
• Communicate shipment updates, shortages, and discrepancies to suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Maintain organized cloud‑based project folders, ensuring accurate version control and document completeness.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, logistics or related administrative roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow up proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using email platforms and cloud‑based document management systems.
