Sales & Guest Experience Assistant

About the role

Join Böëna’s Experience Design team and help craft personalized journeys for international travelers across five lodges. You will keep quotes, reservations, CRM records, and guest follow‑up running smoothly, ensuring no detail slips through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design of tailored itineraries based on guest preferences, interests, and travel style.
• Manage quotes, reservations, and timely follow‑up with prospective and confirmed guests.
• Track commercial opportunities to help the team meet sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain warm, professional communication with guests, answering questions promptly.
• Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and the five lodges to guarantee flawless execution of each experience.
• Keep guest, quote, and reservation data up‑to‑date in the CRM and reservation systems.
• Follow up on special requests and ensure they reach the appropriate team.
• Assist the team with sales reports and commercial tracking metrics.
• Uphold the service and quality standards expected by Böëna guests.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or sales.
• Advanced English (B2–C1) – spoken and written – required.
• Strong organization, ability to juggle multiple requests without losing detail.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude toward sales targets.
• Team player who stays composed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability for hybrid work in San José with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
