Sales Development Representative - B2B (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

A U.S.-based commercial real estate technology company that helps retail property owners find tenants for vacant spaces is expanding its sales team. Its client is hiring a Sales Development Representative through a recruiter in Latin America. This is a phone-first, remote role focused on connecting with U.S.-based decision-makers, understanding their needs and scheduling product demonstrations with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call landlords, developers and leasing brokers to book product demos.
• Call retail brands about available locations, gauge their interest and escalate interested contacts to the founder or a client landlord.
• Launch email outreach campaigns; when emails bounce, use AI tools to find correct contacts and choose alternate targets.
• Occasionally call retailers to confirm their expansion plans and real estate requirements.
• Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM.

Required profile

• At least one year of B2B cold calling experience with a track record of booking meetings.
• Fluent, confident spoken English and the ability to hold a natural conversation with a busy U.S. executive.
• Comfort with high volume (about 60 dials a day) and with rejection.
• Availability during U.S. business hours.
• Strong organizational skills and independence.
• Location: remote, based in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, retail or PropTech.
