Sales Coach – Sales Academy

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Coach to own and operate our Sales Academy, developing sales capability from hire through tenure. The role blends classroom instruction, live floor coaching, and performance analytics to ensure new hires meet sales targets from day one and elevate existing agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver the end‑to‑end Sales Academy curriculum, including practical skill sessions, role‑plays, and simulations.
• Create sales props, value articulation guides, objection‑handling ladders, and maintain a compliant best‑call library.
• Conduct daily role‑plays and live‑like call simulations scored against QA standards.
• Coach agents during nesting and on‑floor using side‑by‑side, call barging/whisper, and micro‑coaching techniques.
• Analyse performance data to identify bottom‑quartile agents and deliver targeted refresher training.
• Support recruitment by defining hiring profiles and running mock‑call assessments.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and produce regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of inbound contact‑center sales with a proven top‑performer record.
• 2+ years in training, coaching or team‑lead roles with measurable uplift.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Energetic personality capable of motivating sales teams.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) experience.
• Familiarity with QA tools and sales platforms.
