Sales & Business Development Representative

About the role

Cynet Systems is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to generate new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting. Reporting to the AVP of Sales, you will drive prospect engagement and schedule qualified discovery meetings for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a structured outbound prospecting plan to generate new business opportunities.
• Research prospective accounts, contacts, industries, and business needs before outreach.
• Conduct cold calls and personalized email outreach to introduce Cynet Systems and start relevant conversations.
• Qualify prospects using defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings for senior leadership.
• Maintain accurate, timely records of calls, emails, outcomes, tasks, and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, target lists, and outreach cadence.

Required profile

• Two or more years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales development, business development, recruiting, or a related client‑facing role.
• Comfort making cold calls to US‑based business prospects and handling early‑stage objections.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience working remotely with US‑based clients or internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for documenting outreach and managing leads.
• Ability to research companies and contacts, identify potential business needs, and tailor outreach accordingly.
