SaaS Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead SaaS and technology procurement initiatives for a fast‑paced global environment supporting Workday. The role will be based in Heredia, Costa Rica, operating in a hybrid modality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end SaaS and technology sourcing processes, including RFx creation and evaluation.
• Lead vendor negotiations, contract drafting, and ongoing contract management.
• Manage procurement operations and supplier relationship activities across multiple projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies.
• Utilize procurement platforms such as Coupa, Workday Scout, SAP Ariba, and GEP to streamline sourcing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in technology or SaaS categories.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to handle several sourcing projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
