RPA Software Engineer - Entry

Key responsibilities

• Main and first point of contact for business units for support, changes, and escalations.
• Build and test existing automation solutions following standards and technical design, ensuring they are efficient, well‑structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Implement change requests under guidance of Senior Solution Designer and RPA Tech Lead, maintaining technical responsibility for high‑quality delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date solution documentation, meet service level agreements, and provide support‑metric reports.
• Perform thorough unit testing and code reviews focused on change requests or fixes.
• Coordinate and plan solutions and changes with business and technical teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
• Proficient in English (oral and written) at B2+ level.
• At least 6 months of experience with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• At least 6 months of experience with source‑code control systems (e.g., SVN, Git, GitHub).
• At least 6 months of experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
• At least 6 months of experience with RPA tools, specifically UiPath.
