RevOps Technical System Analyst – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Varicent is looking for a RevOps Technical System Analyst to own, implement, optimize, and integrate the revenue technology stack. The role focuses on improving go‑to‑market efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success while ensuring clean, governed data and high tool adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and oversee revenue intelligence, forecasting, and automation platforms such as Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo, and Ringlead.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and troubleshoot tool‑related issues.
• Promote seamless communication between core tools and evaluate the GTM tech stack for consolidations or additions.
• Educate the GTM team on new workflows and tool features.
• Act as liaison with Salesforce administrators to improve CRM data hygiene, account scoring, and enrichment.
• Maintain automated deduplication, integration tasks, and Ringlead ownership for CRM hygiene and rep assignment logic.
• Design and maintain automated lead routing, enrichment processes, and contact segmentation.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaign quality and lead ownership.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in a RevOps or similar technical analyst role.
• 3+ years of hands‑on CRM administration, preferably with Salesforce.
• Proven experience managing revenue technology tools and vendor relationships.
