Retail Manager

About the role

The Retail Manager will lead HONOR's retail operations across Costa Rica, overseeing brand stores, shop‑in‑shops and partner points of sale. The role focuses on driving sales growth, ensuring premium brand representation and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet revenue and market‑share targets.
• Oversee daily operations of all retail touchpoints, ensuring compliance with global brand standards and optimal inventory management.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the retail team, implementing incentive programs to boost performance.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and collaborate on in‑store promotions and events.
• Manage relationships with local operators and retail partners, negotiating floor space and visibility.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Proven retail management experience, preferably in consumer electronics, telecommunications or FMCG.
• Native‑level Spanish and professional English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Costa Rica.
